Eddie played a key role in the our Design System changes for the email system, showcasing strong technical skills
Even with a busy schedule, he consistently makes time to assist others by answering questions or providing guidance
He is especially good at bringing people he manages together, whether it’s within our team or across multiple teams
Eddie is data-driven, and he knows how to crunch the right numbers to help product make important decisions
His transparency and open communication throughout this process were invaluable, fostering a strong sense of trust between our teams

Eddie played a crucial role in overcoming key challenges by refining prioritization, keeping the team on track, and ensuring accountability

His scope is large but he manages to stay close to the specifics. That is a hard balance, but he seems to be doing it all successfully

Eddie has excelled at balancing and prioritizing the work of limited resources applied across a broad variety of projects. He nicely balances the immediate needs of multiple customer teams with the longer- term goals of continuously improving the overall productivity of all teams

I appreciate Eddie's efforts to make our team a safe space for discussing hard problems, acknowledging every team member's perspective, celebrating our successes, and generally making Glassdoor a friendly, human-first place to work
